Press does not react to the green buttons

Dear customer, 

if you experience issues with non responding green buttons, please have a look at the buttons themselves. The buttons have two sides, one is opening the signal, the other is closing the connection when pressing the button: 

The red side of the switch opens the connection after pressing the button: 

At the same time, the green side closes the connection after pressing the button

Please have a look if these two functions, closing/opening at is working visually.
